Delivery
When will I receive my order? Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 days and shipped out immediately after. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where does my order ship from? We work with fulfillment partners across the world, so your order is always shipped from the facility closest to you.
Will I be charged customs or import fees? International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are outside our control and are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with them directly before ordering if you are unsure.
My order is late — what do I do? Before reaching out to us, please quickly check the following:
- Verify the delivery address on your shipping confirmation email
- Check with your local post office in case they are holding the package
- Ask a neighbor if the courier left it with them
If everything checks out and your order still has not arrived, contact us at goolteam26@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement — though the shipping cost for the new delivery will be covered by you.
